Refund and Return Policy

We understand that when you shop with us, you are making an investment in our brand.

We are highly committed to providing only the best products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.  If you need make a return please review the information below.

Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund.
Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
We do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy), or the wrong item.
  • Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days from the time we receive the item.
  • Refunds via our merchant system may take up to 5-10 business days to post to your account.
  • Check with your bank for the amount of time it takes for refunds to appear on your account, once issued by a merchant.
  • Please do not mail any packages C.O.D. – They will not be accepted.

Only items purchased on CarolineOwenBeauty.com may be accepted for a return.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused.  If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.

  • We accept exchanges on items purchased on our website only up to 30 days after the original purchase.
  • If you receive a foundation that does not match, we will be happy to provide a private consultation and send you a great match of the same product purchased, at no additional cost to you.
  • Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and a copy of your receipt.
  • If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy), or the wrong item.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS / WRONG ITEM POLICY
If you receive an item that is broken, damaged or wrong, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 30 days.
